Terms and Conditions – Bookmaker Pakistan Betting Platform

1Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use the Bookmaker platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. The Bookmaker platform is strictly for adults. We do not permit minors to register or use any feature of the platform.
• You must be registering as an individual acting in a personal capacity, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration including your full name, date of birth, and a valid contact email address.
• You may only hold one active account on the Bookmaker platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, phone numbers, or payment details — is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion period on the Bookmaker platform.

Bookmaker reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration or withdrawal process. This is a standard process to protect account security and prevent fraudulent activity. Failure to provide verification documents when requested may result in temporary or permanent account suspension.

By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you accept these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming policy as binding agreements governing your use of the platform.

2Account Responsibilities

Your Bookmaker account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your login credentials — your username and password. Bookmaker will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Do not share your account details with anyone.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact Bookmaker support immediately so the account can be secured. Any bets, transactions, or actions taken while your account was accessed without your knowledge remain your responsibility until you notify us.

The following account behaviours are strictly prohibited:

• Using another person's payment method to deposit funds into your Bookmaker account.
• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any technical means to place bets, access account features, or manipulate platform outcomes.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes in the platform's odds or game results.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of account registration, verification, or use.
• Using the platform for any activity that is fraudulent, abusive, or intended to harm other users or the platform.

Any account found to be in breach of these responsibilities will be suspended pending investigation. Bookmaker reserves the right to permanently close accounts that have engaged in prohibited activity and to withhold balances where fraudulent activity is confirmed.

3Deposits and Payments

All deposits on the Bookmaker platform are processed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees). There are no currency conversion charges applied to deposits or withdrawals. The amount you deposit in PKR is exactly the amount credited to your account balance.

Bookmaker currently supports the following deposit methods:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet, typically near-instant
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet, typically near-instant
• Raast — SBP instant payment transfer
• Bank Transfer — standard banking timelines apply
• Debit and Credit Cards
• Other supported mobile wallets

Deposit processing times vary by method. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically reflected in your account within minutes. Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

You may only deposit using a payment method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different individual — are not permitted. Any deposit received from a third-party source may be reversed and the account suspended pending investigation.

Bookmaker reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit limits, which may vary by payment method and account tier. Current limits are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

Deposit Conditions

• Deposits are credited to your account balance only — not to your bonus balance unless you are actively claiming a promotion that specifies bonus wallet crediting.
• Once a deposit has been confirmed and credited, it cannot be reversed except in cases of technical error which Bookmaker identifies independently.
• If a deposit fails to reflect within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number for manual verification.

4Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your Bookmaker account are processed in PKR to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to method availability. Bookmaker does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing. Standard processing timelines apply to Bronze and Silver VIP tier accounts. Gold, Platinum, and Diamond VIP tier members receive priority withdrawal processing with faster turnaround times as a tier benefit.

Withdrawal Requirements

• Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal can be processed. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission.
• If you have claimed a bonus, any applicable wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-related funds can be withdrawn. Bonus terms are stated clearly on each promotion.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page within your account.
• Withdrawals requested to a payment method that differs from the deposit method may require additional verification and may take longer to process.

Bookmaker processes withdrawal requests in good faith and aims to complete them within the timeframes stated for each VIP tier. If a withdrawal has not been processed within the stated timeframe, contact support with your withdrawal reference for an update. Bookmaker will not hold or delay withdrawals without cause, and legitimate withdrawal requests will always be honoured.

5Bonuses and Promotions

Bookmaker offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are stated on each individual promotion. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are credited to your bonus wallet, not your main PKR balance, unless stated otherwise.
• Each promotion is available once per user, per household, and per device. Multiple accounts created to claim the same bonus will result in all accounts being suspended.
• Bookmaker reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Users who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by retrospective changes to that specific offer.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe stated in the promotion terms.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. For example, slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are stated in each promotion's terms.

Free bets, where offered, are placed as a single bet at the stated value. The free bet stake is not returned as part of any winnings. Only the net profit from a free bet is credited to your main balance.

6Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on the Bookmaker platform are final once confirmed. Once a bet has been accepted and a bet reference number generated, the bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the user. Please review your selections carefully before confirming any bet.

Sports Betting

Bookmaker offers sports betting markets across Cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, ODIs, Test matches, Football, Esports, and other sports. Odds are updated in real time and reflect current market conditions. Live betting markets are available for selected fixtures and close at points determined by the platform during the course of play.

• Bets are settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., PCB for Pakistan Cricket, FIFA for Football). In the event of a result dispute, Bookmaker will use the official governing body's ruling as the basis for settlement.
• If a match is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific rules stated for that sport and market type — typically voided and the stake returned, unless at least a minimum number of overs or periods has been completed.
• In-play bets accepted after a key event has occurred (e.g., a wicket, goal, or period end) that was not yet reflected in the live odds are subject to review and may be voided.
• Bookmaker reserves the right to limit bet sizes on specific markets or for specific accounts where unusual betting patterns are identified.

Slots and Live Casino

10Account Suspension and Termination

Bookmaker reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that is found to be in breach of these Terms. Circumstances that may result in suspension or termination include but are not limited to:

• Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Use of third-party payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Use of automated software or bots to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit pricing errors, or engage in fraudulent betting activity.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour directed toward Bookmaker support staff.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested.

When an account is suspended for investigation, the account balance will be held and not accessible until the investigation is complete. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance restored. If a breach is confirmed, Bookmaker reserves the right to withhold balances derived from fraudulent activity while returning legitimately deposited funds after deducting any amounts owed.

Users may also close their own account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be processed as a standard withdrawal to your registered payment method after identity verification is confirmed.

11Limitation of Liability

Bookmaker provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure continuous, uninterrupted availability, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical issues, downtime, or interruptions at all times.

• Bookmaker is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, delayed bet acceptance during technical issues, or disruptions to live betting caused by connectivity problems outside our control.

• In all cases, Bookmaker's maximum liability to any individual user for any claim arising from platform use is limited to the amount of the verified deposit balance held in that user's account at the time of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

12Amendments to These Terms

Bookmaker reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account and update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Bookmaker platform after the notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you should cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and process any remaining balance.
